Consent to AI Defender Pro’s right to charge your account without prior approval if we detect the unauthorized use of our code on multiple websites or sharing without additional purchases.
3.5
Keep your login credentials and access to AI Defender Pro’s services secure and confidential.
4. Fees and payments

AI Defender Pro’s pricing for its services is outlined on our website and you agree to pay the specified fees.
4.2
Payment methods and terms will be provided upon purchase.
4.3
No refunds are granted due to the non-returnable nature of digital products once they’re downloaded.
5. Data sharing and disclosure

AI Defender Pro retains all rights, title, and interest in the robot text code and any intellectual property associated with our services.
5.2
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the robot text code for the specific purpose of blocking GPT chatbot webcrawlers.
6. Termination
AI Defender Pro may terminate this agreement at any time if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies.
7. Warranties and support

Determined individuals or entities may still attempt scraping or circumvent these protections. AI Defender Pro does not guarantee that all scraping attempts will be prevented, and we are not liable for any data breaches or unauthorized access that may occur despite using our services. We recommend implementing additional security measures as necessary to enhance your website’s protection against scraping and unauthorized access.
7.2
AI Defender Pro may provide support for the Software at its discretion but is not obligated to do so.
8. Limitation of liability
AI Defender Pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
9. Privacy
AI Defender Pro may collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
10. Governing law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
AI Defender Pro reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you via email.
